IN PERSON DROP
I did research about Ayub Agriculture Research Institute Faisalabad. I want to do Internship there. AARI is my dream institute. I loved to work there. so, I just wanted to drop my resume and cover letter in person. In person drop was very interesting and helpful for me. I learned about great opportunities from Hiring manager Dr. mohsin sb. He appreciated me about my passion and determination for AARI.
There was some problems which I had to faced like approach to Hiring manager and entrance in mega institute etc. But I spent my whole day and kept waited and trying to contact with sir mohsin. At last my wait was over and I had chance to meet with him. My in person drop was really successful and appreciating for me. HR gave me a chance to do internship in my dream institute AARI.
No doubt this activity remained nice for me and lot of people getting inspired from in person drop but I believe some things which I need to change for next time is that, I should check time schedule of HR manager either he is in city or in office.
