Is it difficult to work with a remote development team?

You can always contact us to discuss business issues. For voice communication, we use Skype or Zoom. We also communicate with our clients in Slack, Telegram, Upwork chat or any messenger convenient for you. We provide access to tracking systems to control the status of tasks.

It is important for us to be in touch and promptly resolve issues, so all company employees speak English. Usually project managers communicate with clients. But if it’s necessary, you can directly contact the developer. This helps to quickly solve problems and avoid downtime.

Some customers prefer to come to our office. We always meet client’s requirements and organize a separate workspace for the project team, which focuses only on your project.
